One of my close friends recently interviewed for a Product Manager role in Microsoft’s AI division. As a passionate builder with a deep interest in responsible AI and emerging technologies, this opportunity was a dream come true for her. But with that came high pressure — Microsoft expects not just sharp thinkers, but great storytellers who can back product decisions with data, empathy, and business acumen.
